Software Development Support


For development and application enhancement requests (including integrations), as well as new application testing and vetting questions, please begin by submitting a Web Help Desk ticket (choosing the appropriate Request Type) at helpdesk.dcsdk12.org (district login required).

The Development team reviews all requests, with project managers assigned to facilitate the management process.
