Device Support

System BoardThe Device Support team manages a variety of hardware devices and application licensing processes used throughout all district locations. 

What You Can Expect:

  • Onsite software and hardware troubleshooting
  • In-house vendor warranty-authorized hardware repair
  • Computer imaging and deployment assistance
  • Computer part purchasing
  • Device rotation management
  • Local network troubleshooting and repair

We care for over 39,000 devices deployed to more than 80 sites, including:

  • Desktops & Laptops
  • Dell Windows-based Desktops & Laptops
  • iPads
  • Chromebooks

IT Support Options

For Device Support requests, please begin by submitting a Web Help Desk ticket (choosing the appropriate Request Type) at helpdesk.dcsdk12.org (district login required).

Most requests will initiate with your local CRT/DATL and will be escalated to the ITSC, if necessary.

For immediate support needs, you can also call the ITSC at x70001 (or 303-387-0001 if using a non-district phone).
