Kindergarten Registration
2022-2023 School Year

Kindergarten Registration is open!

All of the forms required for registration are on our website HERE.  Most of the forms are fillable in a pdf program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Once you have all of your forms complete, you can email them to [email protected], fax them to 303-378-6001, or print them out and drop them off at the RXP office.  If you are unable to download the documents, you can come to the RXP Office to pick up a packet.

The following forms and documents are required for registration:

  • Student Registration Form (Fillable PDF)

  • Student Residency Form (Fillable PDF)

  • Media Consent Form (Fillable PDF)

  • Migrant Education Form (Fillable PDF)

  • Copy or Photo of Certified Birth Certificate

  • Copy or Photo of Current Immunization Record

  • Copies of any Relevant Legal Documents (custody, guardianship, name change, etc.)

  • Proof of Residency - Acceptable documents are: Deed of Trust, Lease Agreement, Purchase Agreement, Property Tax Notice or Warranty Deed.  If you are staying with someone but do not have a lease agreement, fill out the Proof of Residency Verification Form and get it notarized before submitting it.

  • Student Records Request (Only required if your student attended kindergarten at another school previously.
